WHEN DO YOU WANT TO UNVEIL THE IMAGE

The standard format of this event is for the group to leave the room at the end of the activity for a 20 minute coffee break. During that time, the crew will assemble the giant masterpiece on a large screen at the front of the room. The group are then invited back into the room for a dramatic unveiling.

Some events work better if this unveil is saved until dinner or even the next day’s conference.
